Major Road Accident In Dubai Near American University (Photos)
Dubai June 14, 2011,
A school bus carrying students banged into a minibus taking staff of a private firm from a Jabl-Ali free zone near the American University on Sheikh Zayed Road of Dubai at 7-30 in the morning.
The school bus was carrying nearly 50 pupils for their routine classes. . A number of company staffs,
labourerers and students were wounded in the accident. Police officials and rescue workers rushed to the spot. The rescue workers had to use hydraulic cutters to take out the driver of the school bus who was trapped inside.
Two students and five company staff on the mini-bus sustained minor injuries were taken to the hospital for treatment.
