Concession For Disabled In Rajdhani Express

The Indian Railway authority has announced concessions for. Orthopedic or paraplegic persons and their escorts travelling in Rajdhani Express and Shatabdi Express with effect from 1st June 2011.
An official notification has been issued on Thursday by the Railway Board that handicapped passengers and their escort will be allowed 25% concession in third-AC and chair-car fares in Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express of the Indian railways.
The concession’s decision to the handicapped by the railways has been widely acclaimed across the country.
