'Stripping Session' in Oxford library Banned

'Stripping Session' in Oxford library Banned

LONDON:  June 5, 2011,

Stripping session in the Oxford library has been banned and students have been asked to stop their “half-naked half-hour'' ritual being practiced in the library on Wednesday afternoons.

The group of students named as the ‘Breakfast Club’ had launched the stripping session in 2009 for a 30-
minute period between 3pm and 4pm with participation of up to 40 male and female students in the practice.

The Oxford University librarian has said that the session distracts other readers and therefore unacceptable. He said that disciplinary action would be taken against them if they fail to comply with the directive.
