British Officials In Pakistan Celebrates Royal wedding

The royal wedding event was celebrated in Pakistan
at the British High Commission in Islamabad as millions in the country and
billions across the world glued their eyes to TV sets to watch the royal
wedding event held in an imperial splendor at London’s Westminster Abbey on
Friday.
Adam Thomson, the British High Commissioner hosted a grand reception to celebrate
the wedding of Prince Williams and Catherine Middleton in London on Friday. British
citizens in Islamabad,
federal ministers, parliamentarians, diplomats, people from various walks of
life were among the guests.
President of
Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari was the chief guest at the reception.The President
cut a cake to mark the happy occasion. It was also the birthday of Queen
Elizabeth who entered the 86 years of her age.
President Asif Ali Zardari, Speaking at the
reception expressed with his best wishes for the newly married couple
and prayed for their happiness in the
future on behalf of the people of Pakistan.
