Doctor Beaten To Death By Prisoners In Bihar

Bhudev Singh, a jail physician, was beaten to death by the prisoners in a district jail of Gopalganj in Bihar on Sunday, a news report said.

According to reports some of the jail inmates demanded false medical certificates from the doctor. On

refusing to issue fake medical certificates, Bhudev Singh was badly assaulted. He was taken to Patna Medical College and Hospital where he succumb to his injuries.

Police has registered a case against the seven jail inmates involved in the murderous attack on the doctor, the news report said.
