Bhopal Gas Leak Judgment Today

Delhi May 11, 2011,
The
Indian Supreme Court is scheduled to announce its long awaited verdict on the
Bhopal Leak Case on Wednesday morning.
The
Apex Court will issue judgments on whether to order new stringent charges
against former senior officials of Union Carbide in the Bhopal gas leak case.
It will also decide whether to make public the contents of the Amar Singh
tapes.
Judgment
against the senior official of Union Carbide will be pronounced by a five-judge
constitution bench headed by Chief Justice S H Kapadia
Verdict on making Amar Singh’s tape content public
will be announced by the bench of Justice G S Singhvi and A K Ganguly.
