Clenbuterol: Five Soccer Player Suspended  By Mexico

Five Soccer players have been suspended by Mexico from playing its national soccer team after they were found to be using a banned stimulant for the Gold Cup. They were found positive in the dope test, a news report said.
Antonio Naelson, Christian Bermudez, Edgar Duenas, Francisco Javier Rodriguez and goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa were found to be using CLENBUTEROL  during training in Mexico for the Gold Cup. They were tested
positive. This was disclosed by Concacaf, the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football on its website.
Concacaf will take up soon to decide on whether replacement for the five suspended should be allowed.
 Clenbuterol is generally prescribed to treat asthma. It improves oxygen inflow in the blood stream and in result boosts up aerobic capacity.
