Nato Tankers Destroyed In Landikotal

Peshawar May 21, 2011 
 NATO oil tankers taking supplies to Afghanistan were set on fire in two separate incidents at Landikotal and Torkham late on Friday night taking life of 16 people said a news report.  
The first incident took place in Kughakhel on the Landikotal bypass of northern Province of Khyberpukhtoon in Pakistan at 10:30 p.m where the militants hit the tankers using dynamites.
The second incident took place at Torkham after few minutes where a bomb fixed in a tanker exploded. The tanker caught fire immediately and engulfed three more tankers parked  nearby.
16 people were killed in the two incidents and many were injured. The injured were taken to nearby hospital.
